Important notes about the pricing, equipment ranges, timelines and project examples on this website.
Updated September 22, 2026
1. General Information Only
Content on kitchenpalmbeach.site is published for general information. It does not constitute design, engineering, code compliance, legal or regulatory advice for any specific property. Recommendations require an on site visit and assessment of your actual space and utilities.
2. Pricing
All prices, ranges and starting figures on this website, including those on the homepage, pricing page and equipment page, are planning estimates drawn from completed projects in Palm Beach County. They are not quotes and not offers. Actual pricing depends on the condition of the space, the state of its utilities, equipment specification, scope and schedule. Only a written proposal establishes a price.
3. Equipment Cost Variability
Commercial equipment pricing moves with manufacturer pricing, freight, tariffs and supply conditions, sometimes significantly and with little notice. Ranges on this site may be out of date at any given moment. Always confirm current pricing before building a budget.
4. Build Out Ranges Assume An Existing Commercial Space
Build out figures quoted on this site assume a space with commercial utilities already present and in usable condition. A raw shell, a retail suite never intended for food service, or a space requiring a utility service upgrade, a new gas line or a grease interceptor cut into the slab will cost materially more. This is the single largest source of budget surprise in commercial kitchen projects.
5. Code And Regulatory Information
Code references, design requirements and regulatory information on this site, including on our Health and Safety Compliance page, are general guidance current as of the update date shown. Codes, rules and local amendments change and vary by municipality within Palm Beach County. Always verify with the agency having jurisdiction. We are not attorneys or code officials.
6. No Guarantee Of Approval
We prepare drawings for plan review and build to pass inspection, but agency approval, permit issuance and inspection outcomes are decisions of the authority, not of ours. We do not guarantee that any plan will be approved, that any permit will issue on a given timeline, or that any inspection will pass.
7. Timelines
Stated timelines, including build out in six to fourteen weeks, are typical durations measured from permit issuance and approved drawings, not from first contact, and are estimates rather than commitments. Equipment lead times, agency processing, inspection scheduling, site readiness, other trades and weather all affect real duration. We do not promise an opening date that depends on a permit we do not control.
8. Color Panels Are Illustrations
The gradient panels used throughout this site, including on the projects page, are decorative design elements. They are not photographs of the kitchens described and are not representations of finishes or equipment.
9. Project Examples
Project descriptions illustrate the type of work we perform and the constraints we solve. They may be representative examples and do not promise identical scope, results, cost or schedule on another property.
10. Scope And Licensed Trades
Electrical, plumbing, gas, mechanical and fire suppression work is performed by appropriately licensed trades, and permitted work is performed under permits held by the licensed contractor of record for that trade. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform licensed contracting work outside that structure.
11. Operational Compliance Is The Operator's
A kitchen built to code can still fail a health inspection on operational findings including temperature control, cleaning, labeling, employee practices and record keeping. Those matters rest with the operator. Our Health and Safety Compliance page sets out the division in detail.
12. Warranty Statements
Any warranty reference on this site is a general summary. Binding terms are those on our Warranty and Service page, in your signed agreement and in manufacturer documentation for equipment installed.
13. External Links
This site links to third party platforms including Facebook and Instagram. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or practices.
14. Errors And Updates
We work to keep this site accurate, but content may become outdated or contain errors. Services, prices and content may change at any time without notice.
