Equipment
New and certified refurbished commercial kitchen equipment, specified for your line and installed by the people who sold it.
How we spec
The right unit beats the available unit
Equipment dealers sell what they stock. That is not dishonest, it is just how the model works, and it is why so many kitchens end up with a fryer that is too small, an ice machine that cannot keep up in August, and a walk in compressor rated for conditions Florida does not have.
We specify from the whole market, including manufacturers we do not carry. Then we install it, connect it, start it up and service it. Because we are the ones who come back when it fails, we have every reason to spec it right the first time.
- Sized to your peak volume, not your average
- Rated for Florida ambient temperature and humidity
- NSF listed for every food contact surface
- Matched to your available gas, electric and water service
- Parts and service availability checked before we recommend a brand
- Warranty terms explained before you buy, not after it breaks
New or refurbished?
Honest guidance, because this is where operators waste money in both directions.
Buy new: refrigeration, ice machines, dishwashers and anything with a compressor or a control board. The energy cost and failure risk on a tired unit will exceed what you saved inside two years.
Refurbished is fine: stainless tables, shelving, sinks, racks, hoods in good condition and simple gas equipment like ranges and griddles. Simple, serviceable, and a well maintained used unit is genuinely good value.
Case by case: ovens, fryers and steam equipment, depending on age, hours and whether parts are still made.

Ranges are for planning as of this page's update date and are not quotes. Equipment pricing moves with manufacturer pricing, freight and specification. Installation, utility connection and permits are separate.
Installation
What installation actually includes
Equipment delivered to a loading dock is not equipment installed. This is the difference.
Site prep
We confirm the opening, the floor, the utility rough in and the access path before the truck arrives, so nothing sits in a hallway for a week.
Set and level
Unit placed, leveled, secured where required, legs or casters fitted, and seismic or anti tip provisions where applicable.
Connect
Gas, electric, water and drain connected by the appropriate licensed trade, with shutoffs and connectors to code.
Start and train
Startup, calibration, leak and performance check, then a walkthrough with your team on operation and daily cleaning.
Equipment questions
Common ones
What are equipment lead times?
Stock items from a distributor typically ship in one to two weeks. Manufacturer direct and specialty items run four to ten weeks. Custom fabricated stainless and hoods run four to eight weeks from approved shop drawings. We order long lead items first so they are not holding up your opening.
Can I supply my own equipment?
Yes. We will install equipment you purchased elsewhere at our standard installation rate. We cannot warranty the equipment itself, and we will tell you before installing if a unit is not suitable or not code compliant for the application.
Does everything need to be NSF listed?
Food contact surfaces and equipment in a permitted commercial kitchen generally need to be NSF listed or listed to an equivalent standard accepted by the health authority. This is a common reason residential grade equipment gets rejected at inspection.
Why does refrigeration cost more here?
Florida ambient conditions. A condenser working against high heat and humidity needs more capacity than the same unit in a cooler climate, and a rooftop condenser in full afternoon sun needs more still. Undersizing to save money produces a unit that runs constantly and fails early.
Do you take the old equipment away?
Yes, removal and disposal of the replaced unit is included in our installation service. Refrigerant recovery on refrigeration equipment is handled per EPA requirements.
What warranty comes with equipment?
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and category, commonly one year parts and labor with extended terms on compressors. We pass through every manufacturer warranty and explain the terms before you buy. Our installation workmanship carries its own warranty, covered on our Warranty and Service page.
